Leadership programme · Starting March 2027
The leadership programme for tomorrow’s managers
„The hardest career step is not the promotion – it is the responsibility that follows.“

With the IMPEX® Management Simulation you strengthen your skills in a practical, holistic and results-oriented way. The programme is an open seminar – for aspiring managers as well as for people who have already taken on leadership responsibility or are growing into a leadership role.
Please note: the programme is currently held in German only.
Leadership, business, markets and organisation are connected – for well-founded decisions in a business context.
Exchanging ideas with other managers opens up new perspectives, broadens your view and strengthens your professional network.
With the IMPEX® Management Simulation you apply new knowledge directly in your team and to your own company – with a noticeable learning effect.
Our goal: from knowing to doing.
You leave the programme not only with knowledge, but with experience, self-confidence and new perspectives for your leadership role.
IMPEX® Management Simulation
Three participants form a company and, as its management team, take responsibility for strategy, finance, marketing, production and human resources. What you work out in the seminar you put into practice straight away in the simulation – with measurable results and direct feedback.
„The demands on managers have changed fundamentally. Besides expertise, entrepreneurial thinking, strategic understanding and the ability to inspire people are now decisive for success.“
The modules build on each other and connect leadership, business, communication and personal development – learning by doing, with direct feedback from the development of your own company.
Module 1You develop a comprehensive understanding of leadership, business interdependencies and corporate management. In the simulation you share responsibility for a company and experience first-hand how leadership and management decisions affect its success.
Module 2Marketing, market understanding and communication and negotiation skills come together as an effective leadership toolkit. In the simulation you implement your market and sales strategies and see how your decisions affect customers, competitors and business success.
Module 3You explore innovation, change management and the use of artificial intelligence in everyday leadership. In the simulation you respond to new market conditions and continuously adapt your strategies – just like successful companies do.
Module 4The final module focuses on personal effectiveness, resilience, organisation and the legal foundations of modern leadership. The final phase of the simulation brings everything together in a practical experience.
360° trainingYou see how all areas of a company interact.
