Facilitation
I support you with neutral facilitation of your workshop: together we prepare its content, and with experience and method I guide you through the workshop so that the goals defined in advance are reached as well as possible.
Preparation
Before the workshop we clarify goals, participants and setting. Together we define the content, and from it an agenda with suitable methods takes shape – so that the workshop itself leaves time for what matters.
Facilitation
As a neutral facilitator I guide the workshop: I provide structure, involve everyone, keep the discussion on topic and make interim results visible. As an external facilitator I am not committed to any position within your organisation.
Securing results
At the end there are documented results, decisions and next steps with clear responsibilities. On request I write up the workshop afterwards and support the implementation.
