What it is about
Understanding the interdependencies within a company and working across departments are key to organisational success. In the management simulation “IMPEX® – Business Dynamics”, corporate management is trained hands-on: interdependencies, responsibilities and interfaces between business functions become visible.
How it works
Participants form management teams and take responsibility for strategy, finance, marketing, production and human resources. Period by period they make decisions, see the effect in their results and realign their strategy.
Between the rounds we reflect on what happened together and transfer it to everyday leadership.
Who it is for
For managers and future managers, for teams from different functions and for everyone who wants to apply business interdependencies rather than just know them. No prior business knowledge is required.

See Talents to LeadersThe simulation is currently offered in-house only and requires a minimum of six participants. Duration and focus are tailored to your goals.
In the Talents to Leaders programme the simulation is an integral part.
